Initial Consultation

Your initial physiotherapy consultation is about understanding your symptoms and setting up a clear plan. We’ll discuss your history, assess your pelvic floor with state-of-the-art imaging and equipment, and get you started with practical strategies to improve bladder and bowel control, strength, and confidence.

Classes

Our reformer classes focus on building pelvic floor strength, core stability, and whole-body control in a supportive setting. Led by pelvic health physiotherapists, these sessions are tailored to your needs and suitable for all levels to support long-term pelvic health.

Subsequent Consultation

Follow-up consultations focus on tracking your progress and fine-tuning your program. We’ll review how you’re going, adjust your exercises or strategies as needed, and build on your pelvic floor strength, bladder and bowel control. Follow up consults are an opportunity to trouble shoot symptoms and build on confidence.
